I’m delighted to be able to say “Euroscan is now open” – and we’re ready to help you solve contaminant problems.
I’ve spent my career working as an engineer in FMCG – so I understand that when you have a contaminant problem, you want an instant solution at an affordable cost. That’s a given – and it’s the first thing we’ll do for you. We’ll take your pain away by solving the problem, and we’ll get it right first time – every time.
But for me, customer service is about doing more than that. For me, customer service is not just about the quick sale, it’s about giving you the best advice possible – whatever that is. I want to help you by stepping back to look at your processes, and helping you put into place a cost-effective, manageable, “100-year fix” practical solution.
That’s what I want to offer with Euroscan.
In the last 30 years, I’ve seen a million and one different contaminant problems and solutions. I’ve been in your situation, I understand the constraints you’re under from your customer – and I’ve got first-hand experience of real-world solutions that actually work.
Opening Euroscan gives me the freedom to have the right kind of relationship with you – to give you the best impartial advice, and to give you the customer service I would expect myself.
I’ve got three main products I can use to help you – an X-ray inspection service, X-ray machine rental and X-ray machine sales. I specify and use Sapphire machines for everything because I believe the Cheyney X-ray technology inside them is more capable than anything else on the market.
If this is your first time learning about us, then (hello!, and) there’s three things it’s best to do:
- Go look at what we do – you’ll see photos of us and of products being inspected;
- Take a look at how you can try your product for FREE; then
- Get in touch – give us a call or send me an e-mail via our contact page.
I look forward to hearing from you!
I’m sure you’ll expect me to say that I believe that the build is one of the most important parts of any business. Good floor planning can remove day-to-day logistical issues, improve utilisation of space, and ensure that the product flow is optimised and ergonomically safe and sound for personnel. I designed all of our layout with clean lines and low energy costs in mind.
Everyone who visits us seems particularly taken by the ceiling in the main production area – they always take a good look and ask questions. If you’re wondering, it’s a lowered suspended ceiling with prismatic diffuser panels that reduce heat loss and allow us to use natural light to illuminate the production area (as natural light is less stressful on the eye).
On a normal overcast day we are currently getting about 400-500 lux at bench height, which saves on daily lighting costs and is more than adequate for our process. We have no heating in the production area either; we rely on the heat loss from our machinery to heat the area – saving on extra energy costs.
